Each piece is handmade and unique. Variations will occur and might differ from the item in photographs. Stone and metal colours might vary and sizes are accurate within reason.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please refer to our Sales and Returns policy.

Each stone and strand of beads has been individually selected for its quality and beauty. They are ethically sourced and conflict free in accordance with the Kimberley Process. Our precious metals are sourced in the UK from the best quality suppliers.

Our pieces are tested and Hallmarked by the Goldsmiths' Hall in London in accordance with their regulations in the UK.

Please keep in mind any stones used in your jewellery are also unique and might vary slightly in colour and size from any photographs you might have seen on our online boutique or social media feeds.

We can customise any of our designs from our collections by choosing gemstones colours and/or precious metals and finished to suit your taste and personality.

We can also offer you a re-designing service using your gemstones and precious metals from a family heirloom jewellery and transformed them into a new design which is more meaningful and personal to you. We will guide you through the process and help you create a new piece of jewellery inspired by our collections.

Bea Jareno Jewellery is not VAT registered at this time, so any purchases made directly via our online, studio boutique or at exhibitions will not have the added VAT cost.

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and size options will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be listed as sold out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If an item is sold out and you would like to order it as a commission or bespoke piece, then please use the contact form to get in touch. We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you need assistance selecting the proper size, please us the contact form to get in touch.

We offer a hand-engraving service on any piece. We will get in contact with you once you order has been received to find out what you would like engraved. Or you can use the contact form. Please note this incurs an extra charge and an additional invoice will be provided. This can be paid by card or bank transfer.

If you feel your jewellery has any imperfections please let us know as soon as possible. Please keep in mind Bea Jareno Jewellery provides a satin finish, often with textured imperfections which are the essence of the brand.

We currently work in recycled 18ct yellow, rose or white gold, recycled 9ct yellow, rose or white gold recycled sterling silver , recycled oxidised sterling silver and 24ct yellow gold vermeil (hard gold-plated sterling-silver based). This is a surface covering and it may wear off with time in places depending how you use and care for your jewellery. 

Our gold plating is always over recycled sterling silver, it is very durable. We work with Elliot Fitzpatrick est.1986 Goldsmiths Centre, London to achieve the highest quality available.

Bea Jareno Jewellery does not use based metals, we only use 100% recycled precious metals. The specification of precious metals used, finishes and gemstones can be read on each item description, if you have any additional enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer a re-plating service. The cost varies depending on surface area and the current prices of gold. Please contact us with details of your jewellery so we can provide you with an accurate cost.

We assess every repair and re-plating on a case-by-case basis. We are very committed to our customers so please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues with your jewellery.

Returns And Exchanges 

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will refund a sale made through this website or the studio Boutique if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your order receipt or invoice. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

— Customised pieces

— Items purchased with a credit note

— Earrings due to hygienic reasons

— Discounted Items

Bea Jareno Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.
